Leah is a cannabis marketing and event production professional who has designed and hosted cannabis events in the Bay Area for several years. She is also a certified Ganjier, cannabis judge, writer, and leads Stoner Arts & Crafts. "In person events are about creating space for connection, memorable experiences and inspiration. I believe we are stronger together and building community brings greater resiliency. My intention for these events is to create space for other women in the industry to feel supported, to develop relationships, and to tap into our collective strength."

Sonoma Hills Farm is the very first CCOF certified OCal organic cannabis farm in California, with cultivation led by Aaron Keefer, the former culinary gardener for the Thomas Keller Group & The French Laundry, they collaborate with Michelin-starred chefs to cultivate the highest expression of cannabis, hemp, and vegetables. Joyce Cenali is their COO and has championed inclusion in cannabis. She previously co-founded an Emerald Cup winning operation and began angel investing into various women-founded early stage cannabis start-ups. She previously co-chaired the Sonoma County chapter of Women Grow and served as advisory board member with various cannabis companies and advocacy groups, and recently co-founded the Cannabis Media Council, with a mission to expand media access for the cannabis industry in advancing a modern regulatory model that unites capitalism with inclusion and collaboration over competition.

Tina Gordon is the founder and owner of Moon Made Farms in Southern Humboldt County and advocate for increased access to plant medicine produced in alignment with nature. After relocating from her hometown of San Francisco to Southern Humboldt in 2007, she was awakened to the healing properties of clean air, fresh water and homegrown food, and this transformation informed the development of her philosophical approach to farming. Before becoming a cannabis farmer, Tina devoted her life to creative underground culture as a drummer, documentary filmmaker, event promoter, and community organizer. In all of her creative projects, Tina has endeavored to empower the self-expression of those who are underrepresented or marginalized. As a founding board member of Sun+Earth Certified, Tina is passionate about bringing organic sungrown flower to urban environments.

This drove her to turn her passion into a business of teaching others.
